Getting a random white space below footer randomly

    Hi all!

    We are facing a random issue, where many times, upon loading our store, the footer seems to get de-attached from the bottom and a white margin appears below it. This issue is caused randomly. Please see attached photos.

    You most probably would want to know that i am running woocommerce along with Elementor (pro) and Astra Theme (pro).

    I searched in the forums and found a similar problem to mine, which could be the sticky footer issue, but i thought first asking to be certain, and prior to contacting the Elementor and Astra theme teams.

    Have you been able to resolve this issue? If so, when you have a spare moment, please mark this topic as resolved.

    If the issue persists, you need to find a way to reliably induce the problem to occur or troubleshooting will be very difficult. In any case, there’s little we can do here to help with issues in pro versions. We don’t have access to adequate resources. You’d be referred to their respective dedicated support channels, which you likely have already done by now.

    Hi all,

    sorry for not coming back earlier on updating the issue. The cause of the white blank page of the footer was because of the Maxmegamenu plugin. Trevor and the rest of the Maxmegamenu menu came up with a custom css code and managed to resolve it. As such, i am marking the issue as resolved.
