• Does anyone have experience with requesting and receiving the configuration, optimization and auditing service that W3 Edge offers with their W3 Total Cache plugin?

    This looks like a great service to help me fix a significant website performance problem, but I am not getting a response after requesting service.

    My experience has been terrible.
    I have contacted the people from https://www.w3-edge.com in order to make a website Performance Audit. I payed for the service $250 as it is shown in the website:

    After the payment, made on December 12 2014 I have been contacted by:
    Willie Jackson, Director of Web Optimization

    He asked for some information from our server and website that has been delivered in time and manner (SSH access).

    He sent me an email saying that he was not able to access the server. After that, I asked him to contact me by phone, skype or email
    in order to provide us with some extra info to solve the problem.

    He is not answering to my emails anymore and nobody is answering to the phone number. They are really stealing people’s money.
