    Hello Eric!

Thanks for the plugin! I am having a problem here. After completion of the survey, if the user wants to leave the tab, the browser (at least chrome and Safari) says:

“Are you sure you want to leave this page? Changes might be lost” (or something close to that, I am using a German browser.

    What is wrong here?

    Thanks,

    AnDee!

    Hello,

Thanks for reaching out. There is no code used by MARE that checks for lost changes before closing or navigating from a page.

I think this is probably caused by something while you are using WordPress, possibly if you are looking at a preview of a post instead of the live post?

Either way there will be no lost data, and this message will not be displayed by any MARE code on your site.

I hope this helps, please let me know if you need anything else. You can also reach us at [email protected].

    Cheers.

    Dear Eric!

Thanks a lot for your answer and taking care of me!

I found out that there has to be a conflict with that “Ninja Popups” plgin I was using. The MARE.io broke the newsletter popup from Ninja.

I am afraid I had to turn off MARE first, because Ninja is connected to MailChimp.

You have no idea how to use both at the same time?

Thanks a lot, I could really use your plugin!

    Hey AnDee!

I will install the ninja popups plugin for troubleshooting and let you know what we find.

    Hi AnDee,

I’ve successfully installed both Ninja Popups and the MARE plugin on the same page in multiple configurations without any errors.

Because I’m not able to recreate the issue, would you be able to send me a link where this issue is taking place? If you send it to [email protected] then I can take a look right away and sort out any errors that may be happening.

    Cheers,

    Dear Eric,

I feel a bit awful for not returning to you in time, please excuse me!

I owe you at least to feed back what happened: The popup from mare was so far away from my desgin that I did not really want to try anymore. Furthermore, I was afraid that it would slown down my site.

Plus: If you managed to have both work at the same time, I was afraid that there are other problems with my website which I would not know how to fix anyway.

Sorry for not being nice, I did not mean to be rude! You were really helpful.

    AnDee
