    the issue was due to a conflicting plugin. i hav deactivated the plugin and notifications work now.

    it was main AMP plugin by magazine3 and some addons that it comes with.

    Do you have a user interface that displaces notifications in a unique way when the user comes to the website after the admin must have sent out the notifications, can users reply to notifications that they received? Can the plugin send SMS notifications?
