Getting a Whitescreen error on DFlipbook with SEO Plugins activated


  • As the title says, I’m getting an error when creating a new flipbook. when the SEO plugins are activated. The SEO plugins that I have used are Yoast SEO and AllinOneSEO. I haven’t figured out why this caused an error. So I hope the support team might help me solve the problem.

    Hi,

    Thank you for the report. This is not an issue we have faced before.
    So please provide following details:
    Does the error have any messages? Or is it just blank white?
    Also if you have any cache/minify plugins, please try by disabling them temporarily.
    Also please mention the PHP version so that we can recreate the scenario.

    • The error says “There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.”
    • PHP version is 8.1.
    • I already have tried disabling cache/minify plugins, but the root cause is from the SEO plugins.
