    Hi!

I have this plugin installed and it’s working fine on my SiteGround remote server and my local machine. But, when I migrate to WP Engine, the admin disappears and I get this error:

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected end of file in /nas/content/live/uadotcomv2/wp-content/plugins/formidable/classes/models/FrmReviews.php on line 69

WP Engine has just upgraded to PHP 7.2. I even downgraded back to PHP 7.0 and the error persisted.

Deactivating the plugin brought the admin back.

    Hi Alicia,
Sorry you’re having trouble with this – I’ll do my best to help you get this resolved.

I don’t think your hosting provider or PHP version should be a concern. I’ve got Formidable running on a couple of WP Engine powered sites on PHP 7.2 without any issue. I double checked everything on those sites only a few days ago because of WP Engine PHP update emails.

It looks like there might be another plugin or maybe a theme on your site interfering with Formidable and causing this issue.

Could you please go through the following steps to find the source of the conflict?
    https://formidableforms.com/knowledgebase/what-plugins-are-known-to-cause-conflicts/#kb-how-to-find-a-conflict

If that doesn’t help, would you please open a ticket in our helpdesk? https://formidableforms.com/new-topic/

You’ll get faster responses there, and our whole team will see your message too.

    Hi!
I’m not able to leave a support ticket on the link because my support has expired. This is a free version of the plugin for a client.

I’ve turned off all plugins and the theme.

When I turn on JUST the formidable plugin I still get the error. Only happening on WP Engine.

Can you please open a bug report ticket – you can still do this even with expired support.
