Getting an extra item when placing an order in WooCommerce

Let me describe the scenario.
Client logs into his account to place an order. He/She selects the items and in the process selects an incorrect item. The client is taken to the ‘Cart’ where he/she removes the incorrect item. Finishes and submits the order. All is well to this point.
Client logs back into his/her account. Selects the items for the new order, then is taken to the ‘Cart’ to review the order. The item that was mistakenly entered in the previous order shows up. And it shows up in any new order that is placed after that.
I created a new login for the client, and he/she is able to enter new orders without the above issue. It appears that this issue is related to the user account.
Any help on this issue will be greatly appreciated. This appears to be a bug in the core system but I need to get it fixed.The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Hi @alortiz3 – We haven’t received any new recent reports of this type of issue that would point to a bug in WooCommerce-core related to the issue you’re seeing.
We do, however, see this randomly, which is typically related to caching. Can you send me a copy of your site’s system status report? You can find that by going to the follow page in your admin dashboard: WooCommerce > Status > ‘Get system report’Hi Joey,

We don’t use Cache on this particular site to prevent issues like that from occurring. This is most notably when an Admin logs in as a client.
