Getting assistance with my wordpress site

Hi There,
Is there any way that I can get assistance with my wordpress site?
I don’t have the time to research plugins endlessly for hours and hours and have some clean up tasks like getting social networking plugs and also getting a store inbuilt.
Is there anyone that can assist?
How do people go about getting assistance with their wordpress site?
