• Hello,

I installed this plugin for a client and now when they client tries to login he is getting this error…

“You have been banned because we’d detected a scan attempt”

I have deactivated the plugin and had him log in and reactivate it and it still doesn’t work. I have had him clear his cache and try to log in and still the error.

How do correct this for him or go around it???

    Hi,

I am also having this issue with one of my sites today – the hosting company say there are no errors on my site, and my broadband provider is saying that they have not caused the issue either. I have not made any changes to the site in the past few days which would cause this – please can you advise ASAP?

    Many thanks
    Kate

I should just add that I’m only seeing this error when viewing the site / attempting to log in from my home wifi connection (Virgin Media). When using any other internet connection there seems to be no issue viewing / accessing the site.

    Kate
