If you approve an event with a pending location, that will get approved automatically.

Yeah, the issue with mine is I have added an ADD EVENT and ADD LOCATION on separate pages so both or either. I will just have to remember to check pending locations in case someone only adds a location (VENUE)
Prefer to moderate as I have dealt with too much spam in my life lol
In my case it is ADD GIG /ADD VENUE

The only other issue I have just noticed is the way I have it, if a band registers more than one event, you get multiple pages of the band, would be nice if event could be like locations where under the band name ( this is events) it would list all there gigs in same way as location shows all events. But I guess I,m trying to do something it was not designed for

The problem here is that until a location ia approved, the location can’t be used to create a new location.

So if someone creates an event with location and I approve the event both go live.
BUT if only a location is created and is pending, that location can’t be used is that what you mean?

I think the ADD VENUE will be little used, more the ADD GIG so in that case they would enter the gig/location together and both would be approved automatically together. Oh well can’t have it all ways ??

Just to clarify: If a user creates Liverpool as a location it won’t be possible for another user to use Liverpool as a location until you’ve approved it or the first booking that uses it.
