Getting crazy error

Hi, i newbie to WP but i installed it correctly, added new tepmlates and plugins and after 3 days i got error.

Safari can’t open domain my-domain because it cannot load any data from this location.

The same happens in FF, Camino, Netscape, and others. I cannot access my blog. I even cannot access my admin area. Can anyone help me how to get a rid of it?
