i tried many time to deactivated all plugins and install again but not useful.

That’s why my all campaign Google Ads Disapproved Due to Malicious or Unwanted Software and unreliable claims.

Hi?@shinde77 thanks for getting in touch. Sorry to hear you’re facing issues with your Site Kit. I’d be happy to help you look into this. Please can you share the following:

    1. Your Site Health information. You can use this form to share privately if preferred.
    2. A recording of the issue if possible. You can use a service such as Loom to record and share the URL here or in the form above.
    3. Do you encounter the same when using an Incognito browsing window?

In the meantime, let me know if you have any questions.

@shinde77 Thanks for sharing the information. Could you confirm if you have tried using the Retry button and if so do you get the same result? You can also try to perform a Site Kit reset before setting up once more to see if this clears the critical error.

Please note when resetting Site Kit disconnects all users and removes all Site Kit settings, Dashboard Sharing settings and data within WordPress. After resetting, other administrators will need to go through the setup process again. Any users that have access to a view only dashboard will lose access to them.

Let me know how you get on with the above.

Yes, I have tried using the?Retry?button, and shows the chart like this-

and after some time again got the same results.

@shinde77 Thanks for confirming. I appreciate you have tried disabling plugins but could you also try following the steps here and confirm if you see the same while in troubleshooting mode?

Could you also try visiting this link which will create a temporary WordPress site and confirm if you see the same when setting up Site Kit there.

yes I have already installed the troubleshooting mode plugin, but this troubleshooting mode enables the error if solved but when troubleshooting is disabled the error occurs

I setup a google site kit for your temporary WordPress site there is no error occur.

@shinde77 Can I confirm with you that the error shows both while in troubleshooting mode and also after you turn this off?

Do you see any warnings or errors when checking yourSite Health status (Tools > Site Health > Status), which differs from your Site Health information requested above?

I have already shared a screenshot with you after troubleshoot mode enable and disable mode.
When enabled mode then shows the below chart in google site kit dashboard-

and when disable mode on then shows the below error on google site kit dashboard

@shinde77 Because you don’t see the critical error while in troubleshooting mode, this indicates that there is a conflict that is causing this to happen. I can see that you have several plugins on your website so I would suggest switching back to troubleshooting mode with just Site Kit initially enabled.

Once you have just Site Kit active in troubleshooting mode you can enable all other plugins on your site one by one checking the Site Kit dashboard each time until you see the error. This will highlight the conflict causing this.

Once you have highlighted this then please let us know and we can take a look as well as contacting the conflicting plugins support team for more assistance. Let me know how you get on with this.

@shinde77 Thanks for the update. Have you been able to follow the instructions above to find a conflict causing this? As mentioned above, because you don’t see the critical error while in troubleshooting mode, this indicates that there is a conflict that is causing this to happen.

Please also feel free to share a recording of this experience which will help us to see what is going on.
