Getting Empty email message box in my emails

    Hi, I have add a custom message in the notfication of wp form but when ever I test it or user fill the form its is not sending the custom message from the email message section that I have added their Its only send a blank email with just subject line

    To take a closer look into the issue, can you please share the?exported file of the form?as that will help me to check if there’s anything weird going?

    Please know that we have seen some cases where the notification body was blank, but the data was in the Original message. Here’s a screencast as an example on how to see the data in the Original message in case you’re using Gmail:?https://a.supportally.com/v/ClLLD1.

    Issues like this were solved by configuring an SMTP plugin on the site. We have an article with a list of?recommended SMTP options?and links to their setup tutorials.

    Or share the exported file of the form in case you want us to try to reproduce the issue and investigate it.
