    Hi vpraveen.designer,
    Unfortunately, the link you shared doesn’t show the form. That error is generated in two scenarios:

    1. When you submit a ticket without checking the Google reCAPTCHA “I’m not a robot” checkbox.
    2. When, after checking the Google reCAPTCHA “I’m not a Robot”, you submit the form before Google completes validating whether you are human or not. Google reCAPTCHA works by taking the user’s input, sending it to Google’s servers for validation and if all’s well, displaying a green tick. If the form is submitted before the green tick is shown, (before validation is complete) that error is displayed

    We’ve released a new version,1.4.0, that has client-side validation to stop a form from being submitted till the Google reCAPTCHA checkbox is checked and fully validated. Thanks for bringing this up
