Getting error 400 on adding new subscribers

    Hey,

    I’m having an issue with notifying users with a success message on their subscription. While they are added on the list of subscribers they are not receiving confirmation emails and they stay unconfirmed forever. Here’s a video on what happens: https://take.ms/nFxcl. The same thing happens when I try to resend the confirmation email from the WP Dashboard.
