Getting Error 403 Message and other post info not helping

Help!

I am new to wordpress and trying to install multiple blogs and here’s the problem.

I have uploaded WordPress for each blog individually and entered the appropriate MySQl for each.

But nothing works.

? – Should the directories I created for each of the blogs show up under the remote site area when I have only logged into one blog via Filezilla?

If that is where the problem lies – how do I stop all of the directories from showing in that area without erasing all of the info. pertaining to the other blogs?

All it says when I type any of the website names into the browser is Error 403 – Forbidden – You tried to access a document for which you don’t have privileges.
