As checked here, the cause of the Error 500 based on their error_log file is:
It is best to contact word fence about this since it is their file that is causing the problem.

Hi @adcadesigns, thanks for reaching out.

Is this on a new Wordfence installation or has it been installed for some time and only just causing problems? Have you just performed a firewall optimization?

It looks as if the auto_prepend_file directive in your .htaccess or .user.ini file can’t find wordfence-waf.php. Is the file present in the /home4/xxxxx/public_html/xxxxxxx/wordfence-waf.php location quoted above when you view the filesystem of your site using FTP or file manager?

If not, you may need to change the path to where the file really resides or remove your auto_prepend_file altogether to regain access to the site. The latter would just revert Wordfence to a non-optimized state, but would still be protecting your site while we work out how an optimization might be possible.

Let me know what you find out!

    Peter.
