Make sure you set the settings properly in your fscf sms plugin

Any particular settings I should have my eye on? Just double checked and everything looks fine.

I suggest you contact support for the fscf sms plugin

I keep getting a 404 Error Page after I hit submit. Ive tried creating another fresh form to test it and still keep getting the 404. The for never gets sent to the specified email address either. Help!
