Solved this problem.
After upgrade, wordpress add a new file wp-login.php that I have changed to create a different login page to the admin panel.

What did you do with the link Clausewitz gave you?

Cannot redeclare check_password_reset_key() (previously declared in /home/but32848/public_html/wp-login.php:281) in /home/but32848/public_html/wp-includes/user.php on line 1642

If you have a different login page to admin panel, not wp-login.php.

1. go to wp-includes/general-template.php find all names your login page (ex. yoursupersecretpage.php) change all to wp-login.php.

2. go to your wordpress path /public_html, find your old yoursupersecretpage.php page and remove it.

3. now your login adress yoursite/wp-login.php

Im a novice to all this and really don’t know what all that means.

a different login page does that mean the c panel?

I see that you have a standard login page, therefore my method not working for you.

Try via ftp log into your server, find the folder with wordpress plugins, temporarily rename it.

This will disable all plugins and maybe you will be able to log into the admin area.

My issue is solved !
I forgot to copy/replace all of the other files (such as index etc.).

I hope this will fix your problem too.
You need to copy these files in your root directory.
