    Hi @waqas2081

It seems like there’s an issue with the REST API connection. Can you please navigate to WooCommerce > Settings > Advanced > REST API and ensure that the Printify app has been granted read/write access? Also, if you are using the latest REST API, make sure Printify is compatible with it.

Additionally,y you can flush your permalinks setting and temporarily disable all security plugins.

If the issue persists, contact your hosting provider and ask if they’re blocking any connections.

Please note that we don’t provide help & support for 3rd-party plugins or themes as they’re outside our support scope. So, it is always advisable to contact the plugin developer for further assistance.

I hope this helps! If you have any other questions, feel free to ask.

I have checked these things but still getting the same error I am not using any plugin to connect it I am connecting it directly from their website. I have also tried deactivating all plugins except woocommerce and switching to the default theme but still got that error.

    Hey, @waqas2081!

I have checked these things but still getting the same error I am not using any plugin to connect it I am connecting it directly from their website.

We understand, but on this forum we can only help with the WooCommerce core plugin and its features. Since connecting with Printify is not part of the core plugin, we unfortunately can’t do much. But we can do our best to guide you in the right direction.

Have you contacted your host to see if there’s any issue on their end? It is possible they are blocking this.

We also had other users that use Printify’s plugin. Have you checked it out yet to see if it helps?

    Have a wonderful day!
