    Hi, thanks for downloading!

It looks like the plugin’s css is not loading. Can you check to see if on the “Advanced” tab under the plugin’s settings that the checkbox for “Enqueue Plugin CSS” is checked?

If that is checked, then it could be a theme or other plugin conflict that is preventing the stylesheet from loading.

Have either of you found a solution to this? I’m getting the same large icons that ManuShukla posted. The checkbox under Advanced is checked. I’ve been searching online and can’t find anything. I’m using Catch Responsive Pro on latest WP.

I have the same problem. In the plugin code there is a condition to load the css file that is not verified : get_option(‘ess_load_css’).
And anywhere in the plugin code there is mention of such an option.

Hey Andrew, I couldn’t find the “Enqueue Plugin CSS” option. Could you be a little more specific as to where I can find this?

I think I’m having a similar problem where the icons are off-center of their circles because I just switched to a child theme.

    Thanks!

Hi lu5t, we recently put out a plugin update and this setting is now called “Disable plugin CSS”. You can find it on the plugin’s settings page under the “Advanced” tab.
