getting Error Message : Forbidden on restore function

  • I’ve used this plug-in successfully before, but this time it’s giving me an error. The backup was successful, got the .zip file URL. I’m importing into a fresh install, and get an error that says “Error Message : Forbidden”

    Any help?

  • Hey neelmodi,

    I had the same Problem also until I worked out that the Settings I had from Amazon s3 where I hosted the file had the incorrect Permissions Now I don’t know if your hosting from Dropbox, Drive or s3 but if you are then make sure that the Permissions are set to Read for Everyone.
