    Hi!

I just installed your plugin and love what it does! But I have a problem. When I install your plugin and then try to use it, I get this error message:
Warning: session_start(): Cannot send session cookie – headers already sent by (output started at /home/[myWPname]/public_html/wp-content/plugins/custom-title/custom_heading.php:42) in /home/[myWPname]/public_html/wp-content/plugins/seamless-donations/dgx-donate.php on line 380

I get this message both in the editor screen and if I go to look at the page.

When I deactivate the plugin, the changes I’ve made remain in effect, and the error message is gone. So I could turn the plugin on and off each time I use it… but that would be a pain!

    Any suggestions! Thanks.

could you please uninstall the plugin Seamless Donations and try?

Hi! Seamless Donations is pretty important to me. Are you hoping to provide a work-around so I can run both at once, or are you just suggesting I need to remove SD if I want to use Custom Title?

    Thanks!

i just want to check if there is a conflict with any of the plugins you installed

Okay. I was a bit reluctant to deactivate Seamless Donations because there may be some setup required again to get it working as I wish.

But I did now deactivate it. When I then activated Custom Title, I was given this message: “The plugin generated 4 characters of unexpected output during activation. If you notice “headers already sent” messages, problems with syndication feeds or other issues, try deactivating or removing this plugin.”

Custom Title seems to be working fine now, however, with no ongoing error messages.

Thoughts? I really do plan on using Seamless Donations, so hopefully there’s a fix so I can use Custom Title, too.

    Thanks!

By the way, I now re-activated Seamless Donations (after having already activated Custom Title–so I’m trying the activations in opposite order). When I did, I got this error message:

Warning: Cannot modify header information – headers already sent by (output started at /home/[my WP name]/public_html/wp-content/plugins/custom-title/custom_heading.php:42) in /home/[my WP name]/public_html/wp-includes/pluggable.php on line 1173

So the two plugins are definitely fighting each other.

i checked both of the plugins together in my local server. But it doesn’t make any conflicts .
I made some changes in custom title plugin .Please remove and re install the plugin to check if the problem still exists

Okay, thanks! I have good news and bad news:

Good news: The error messages showing conflict with Seamless Plugin are now gone! Great!

Bad news 1: I notice that Custom Title is leaving coding (< strong>, etc.) in the post title. It doesn’t show on the front end when you’re looking at the website, but it does show on the back end (in admin mode), in the list of posts, which means it will also show all the coding when my subscribers receive an email about a new post. Getting rid of that visible coding is a must or I can’t use Custom Title. (Another plugin, named Title Colors, manages to change the color of the title without leaving this visible coding.)

Bad news 2: Custom Title allows me to change color and add bold to my titles, but it is not over-riding my theme’s choice of all-caps. I can’t change anything to lower case or title case.

    So that’s the latest! ??

Thanks for your time thus far. I think your plugin has great potential if a few of these quirks can be fixed.
