    @khani26, can’t repeat. Under which conditions does it repeats?

    I m not repeating. please elaborate. If u go through below test,

    On even 1st questions it will prompt u select 1st option with dialogue box, “please check out this option to proceed”

    I hv a screenshot, who do i attached here…

    To attach a screen use some external screensharing service and post URL here. I use Gyazo.

    I now see what’s the problem — it’s your minifying plugin.

    Disable it to test.

    In the meantime I will research ways to avoid such conflict.

    Yes , U are right. I deactivate BWP Minify plugin and it works now.
    But how can i use it with “BWP Minify plugin ” .

    Is there any JS or CSS name correspond to WP-Testing so I will exclude it from “BWP Minify plugin”

    See the source of your generated page and try to exclude by mask somehow.
