Getting Error, something went wrong

    I just updated to the latest version of the plug-in and since then when I try to submit the form to test out the update, I get the following error: Error, something went wrong. It comes in a pink box and there are no other warnings on the form. I didn’t change anything on the form itself and I actually got some entries earlier today from the form prior to updating it. Can you take a look and let me know what might be wrong?

    Yes that solved the problem. Something on that page did not like having the two forms on one page. I put one of the forms on a different page and kept one form on the original page and now they are both working. Thank you for the suggestion.

    For the record, there is no problem with having two forms on the same page. I tested that too on a new page and it worked. But something about this particular page doesn’t like having two forms on it.
