Getting error when activating plugin on my site

Slider is just superb looking and is working fine on localhost but when activating on my site i get this error;
Fatal error: Call to undefined function wp_enqueue_media() in /home/dirtysou/public_html/dsrmedia/wp-content/plugins/responsive-slideshow/inc/metaboxes/init.php on line 273
please assist to fix this.
