    Hello @surigangula !

Hope you’re having a good day!

I’ve tested the integration with our test installation of Sendy we have available and it worked fine on my test site.

In this case it could be a possible plugin conflict of some sort causing the integration to not work or go through.

I have two suggestions in this case:

    1. Check whether there’s any error in the dev console in your browser when making the connection. To do that, you’ll need to open the dev tools – right click on the page and click on “Inspect” – it will open a new panel and then you can switch to the console tab. Please try making the connection with the console open and see if you get any error messages there.

    2. Perform a plugin conflict test. To do that, you can follow this guide: https://wpmudev.com/blog/wordpress-plugin-conflicts-how-to-check-for-them-and-what-to-do/

    Kind regards,
    Pawel
