Getting Error while trying to post

I am not able to write post on a newly launched blog on https://www.4articles.info . I am getting error description as Access denied in status bar after clicking on “done but with error” thing.

Error goes like:

While looking in my old blogs I didnt find any post-new.php file there that means there is nothing to check with on my side. Please help me.
