No caching plugins running. I deactivated security plugin and also Jetpack but no luck on fixing this.

It’s possible this conflict caused by your theme or another plugin. To check if it is, can you test with all other plugins deactivated and while running the default WordPress theme?

I checked all plugins and found that it was s2Member Plugin causing the issue only when activated.

How can I fix this conflict issue?
