I’m getting an error whenever I try to add the CD Widget or the Boilerplate Widget

When adding the Boilerplate Widget it gives me this error

on top of the home dashboard:
    ( ! ) Notice: Undefined index: boilerplate_widget-4 in /srv/www/psec/htdocs/wp-content/plugins/client-dash/client-dash.php on line 734

within the rendered widget in the dashboard:
Warning: call_user_func() expects parameter 1 to be a valid callback, no array or string given in /srv/www/psec/htdocs/wp-admin/includes/template.php on line 1048

When adding the CD Widget it gives me this error

within the rendered widget in the dashboard:
Warning: call_user_func() expects parameter 1 to be a valid callback, no array or string given in /srv/www/psec/htdocs/wp-admin/includes/template.php on line 1048

Is anyone else experiencing these issues? I simply downloaded the boilerplate and moved it into my plugins directory and then activated it. The Boilerplate widget showed up in the settings of the plugin under widgets and so I added it to test it out.

If anyone else comes here, me and Tanner worked together and got to the bottom of this! A fix will be pushed in the next version of Client Dash, and you will need to re-create your boilerplate either directly from GitHub or from the Client Dash Extension Generator.
