Getting errors with cache and cdn plugins

Hi,
I installed SuperPWA, OneSignal, LiteSpeed cache, and Bunny CDN plugins. SuperPWA and Onesignal work without any errors when I do not use Bunny CDN. With Bunny CDN and LiteSpeed cache, I get 6 to 7 errors and the OneSignal popup and icon do not show up, and Add to Home Screen popup too are not showing up.

I tried different ways to exclude SuperPWA .jason and .js files still no luck.
