Getting Forbidden Error message when do changes in “Calculated Fields Form” plug

    Hello Team,

    We have Calculated Fields Form plugin and we were able to to edit in plugin, but today we have upgrade this plugin from free version to paid version.

    while when we tried to edit content and save it we are getting “Forbidden You don’t have permission to access /wp-admin/options-general.php on this server” Error message.

    We have even change the permission of “options-general.php” but doesn’t work.

    Please look into issue and give the solution as soon as.

    if you need wp-admin credentials for testing please let us know.

    I guess you have upgraded the plugin replacing its files, instead to follow the instructions in the link below:

    https://cff.dwbooster.com/documentation#installation

    Note: Don’t worry, the upgrade process preserves the forms created previously because it does not affect the database.
