Getting from WordPress/Edit Flow to InDesign or …

So what are people doing to get copy from WordPress into InDesign or whatever? Other than copy and paste? I’ve searched and searched. I found one plug in that might work, but it’s still kind of an workaround. That I would ask that here since those using Edit Flow might be the types who need to get copy into a printed publication after using Edit Flow as a CMS?
