Getting hammered by Brute force logins

  • I have a multi-site Word Press setup (only 3 sites total on network) with latest BWPS and latest WP.

    Last night I began receiving “Site Lockout Notification” – due to too many login attempts.

    I continue to receive email notifications showing failed login attempts (hundreds now and they keep coming).

    What can I do to further discourage these attempts? I have only 3 banned hosts in BWPS and 0 banned users.

    Please help.
