• I have downloaded the plugin and believe I have set it up correctly. When I fill out the form on my payment page using Safari it will take me to the Payeezy payment page. For some reason when I try it on Google Chrome I get the error “unable to proceed with payment”and at the bottom in a green box I get the error “Hosted Checkout Test Assistance”. What could be causing this?

    If you’ve done multiple attempts, Chrome may be sending cached data to First Data. Try clicking the link on the page that shows “Hosted Checkout Test Assistance” and try another payment. If it’s still not working, post a link to your payment page or email it to me so I can look further.
