Getting HTTP 500 Error

Hi, please carry out the following 3 steps.

#1) Check your cache plugin settings if you have a cache plugin. Sometimes cache plugin can cause issues on shopping cart plugins.

#2) Check the following URL to determine if the PHP session on the site is working correctly:
https://www.tipsandtricks-hq.com/forum/topic/php-session-not-working-correctly

#3) Create a test page then add the following two shortcodes in that page then test it:

[wp_cart_button name=”Test Product” price=”19.95″ ]

[show_wp_shopping_cart ]

Answer
#1 – No Cache plugin found. My Woocommerce cart is working fine. Only This one get HTTP500 issue.
#2 – Called up my Hosting company and they said, it’s fine.

#3 – Same result on existing site. But, I created a new temp site just to test this and it worked fine. No issue after second click on Add to cart. What could be problem with my first site.

Any advice?

The best way to troubleshoot this is by comparing your temp test site and your current site. This should help you replicate the issue.

Pl ignore last, it’s still appearing . I think, it’s occurring because , i am using woocommerce and WP simple cart(Separate page) under same site/theme. any idea ?

Hi, I am not sure if it is a good idea to have both plugins enabled at the same time! Both plugins are shopping cart/ eCommerce plugins.
