Getting images for galleries

It’s difficult to get images for the galleries:
1. The ‘plupload’ doesn’t seem to work, if it’s a drag & drop method, as dragging images into the area doesn’t work.
2. The Browser Upload is very inconvenient, in that you can only choose one image at a time, so you have to keep going back.
3. How about being able to choose galleries from our regular image upload folders? The way it’s set up, you have to have duplicate images in different folders, if you want to use the same images you have elsewhere on the site.
