Getting Multiple Notifications

    I’m getting repeat form notification emails from a few people….doesn’t happen to everyone, but about 2%. They come sometimes 4-5 times before it finally stops. There is only 1 recipient so that isn’t the issue. How do I stop this from happening?

    I apologize, but I’m not sure I understand the problem you are facing with the form notifications. When you have a moment, could you please share more details? Possibly some screenshots or screencasts of the form notifications settings along with the notification emails that you’re getting for us to take a closer look?

    So when someone fills out the form it automatically emails me their form. The problem I am having is that I am getting multiples of the same form from the same person…sometimes 4 and 5 duplicates. What would cause this?
