    Hi ironfish2,

    I’m sorry to hear that! To troubleshoot the issue, could you try clearing any cache on your site to see if that resolves the issue?

    For further troubleshooting you could also deactivating plugins and switch to a default theme in case the issue is caused by another plugin or theme on your site. For more details on how to do this, please see WPBeginners’ guide.

    It turned out I was not allowing javascript to run properly on my site.
