Getting no background or css formating after selecting level

If you go to
https://www.abovethefirehouse.com/membership-account/membership-levels/select a level it will go to that level where you enter your info and when it goes there, there is no css formatting for to match the rest of the site. Its best to look at it then how to explain it.
