Getting Payments But Order Status Showing Cancelled

    This has been Occurring Multiple Times. I Get an order in backend but order status says Order Cancelled for time limit extension “Unpaid order cancelled – time limit reached. Order status changed from Pending payment to Cancelled.” . Yet i receive payment into my Account. Then Purchasers panic and contact us on chat/whatsapp saying they have got an order cancellation email though their payment has gone thru.

    Please fix the bug whatever it is. Here is an example

    he Transaction Time shows that Payment Initiated at 1.22 PM and at 2.55 PM it shows Order cancelled . I have received the payment at 1.23 as per UPI app

    Request you to kindly look into this and provide a solution as else i will lose customers

    Is this plug-in working for your customers on android phones? Is the payment going through? In my case the pop up comes to make payment via Google Pay / Paytm / PhonePe, but when customers makes payment, they are getting error message payment failed.
    So curious to know if this is working for your customers.
