Getting phone information for visitors

    Hi! Thanks for the great plugin.

    Is it possible to show the customer’s phone information on the Abandoned carts dashboard page?

    When a logged in user abandons a cart, we can get his email and check his phone on WP’s users. But when a visitor fills his informations and leaves, we can only check his name, email, address and order info… even if he fills his phone.

    Phone information is very important for cart recovery, because it allows you to message them directly on WhatsApp or SMS and ask if they have any problem with the purchase.

    Nice to know that you like our plugin. ??

    No, we do not capture customers’ phone numbers in the lite version of our plugin. We do capture customers’ phone numbers in the premium version of our Abandoned Cart plugin. The lite version does only capture the first name, last name, and email address of the user.

    In the Pro version of our plugin, we do have the Reminder SMS feature which does send the reminder SMS to customers for their abandoned carts.

    Also, we do have a future plan to integrate our Pro version with Whatsapp which will allow sending the reminder notification on Whatsapp. We do not have a fixed timeline set for this feature yet but we will work on it in the future. So I recommend you to have a look at the premium version of our plugin here
