Getting photos into aggregated feeds

I am open to both wordpress solutions and 3rd party solutions which I can imbed into a wordpress page. Over the last week I have researched nearly a dozen services and still can not find what I need (I honestly have spent 3-4 hours every day trying services and tweaking them and googling and can’t find what I need).

https://feed.informer.com and https://www.mysyndicaat.com get me the closest but they still lack what I am looking for.

I want to be able to aggregate feeds from several different websites into one digest which is displayed on a page on my wordpress website. I want control over how it is displayed, the title of the article, date, time, first 300 (or however many) characters, the article’s source (with link back to original article), and any photos that are displayed within those first 300 characters. The above 2 links allow me to do everything except the last: photos. (note Feed Informer does allow you to create digests from flikr and yahoo photo websites, but if it is a text rss it does not include photos)

I am starting a sewing and clothing design website and a lot of the posts that I want to aggregate include photos. I did not think this would be difficult because when I use my Google Reader it displays the photos. That is what I want on my website also.

Is this possible? I am about ready to give up.
