Getting Picture to Appear in "About" Section After a Post?

Hello,

I am new to WordPress so hopefully this is something simple I am missing. I would like to show a picture and some text in the “About” section which is located under any posts I make to my blog.

For example, here is a test post on my blog: https://singleeffort.com/?p=45 – you’ll notice there is nothing showing in the “About Joe Keller” section.

I would like to set the image and some text to appear in the “About Joe Keller” section that is located directly under the post. Is this something set in the admin panel? Somewhere else?
