    Hi,

I believe that your plugin is great solution and looking forwards to purchase premium version. At the point of testing I faced an issue, that rates I get through the plugin are different from DHL-online calculator

    – Store located in Thailand (Bangkok).
    – Currency is set to THB
    – DHL account information – I did not get real credentials yet, but using some “test credentials” that I’ve googled… (may it affect on calculation?)
    – To compare rates I am calculating EXPRESS WORLDWIDE rate on mydhl.dhl.com. Data in plugin’s XML is the same as I set on mydhl.dhl.com, but the rate is different (plugin get higher rate).

To be honest I’m newbei with DHL. May you advice me please, for the steps I should get through to get correct calculation?

    Thank you

I’ve just found another DHL web-site for rate-calculation – dct.dhl.com “DHL Capability Tool” , and I get the correct rate as from the plugin.

I see that there is no issue with plugin’s settings, and it works great.

But the rate is still different from mydhl.dhl.com
Links from DHL Thailand web-site (www.dhl.co.th) are leading to mydhl.dhl.com, for example “Get rate and Time quote”…

I’m quite confused why DHL’s giving different rate on its web-services. I know I should ask DHL support to explain it.

Okay. What if I want to use mydhl.dhl.com service, and get the same rate through the plugin. Is it possible? What settings is it depends on?

    Hi @bigbanks,

If you’re checking with the retail rates you need to test with a single item on cart because our basic plugin only has the option to pack items individually.

And the online rates usually do not include the taxes that could be one reason you’re getting higher rates with the plugin.

But if you’re using the DHL site with your account rates, you need to get the live credentials from DHL to get your account rates with our plugin and in the rates and services tab you need to enable to show account rates.
