Getting Refused to connect error

    Hi,

    Hope every one doing well

    i am facing Refused to connect error while accessing web story.

    I have followed below steps

    1) Search the domain in google search

    2) Select the webstory

    3) Click on i – info on top, will get “View on original domain url”

    4) After clicking the “View on original domain url”. Received the “Refused to Connect Error”, URL is showing from google amp

    since 6 month we are facing the traffic drop. This might be unknown error which untraceable and unable to solve.

    Please help to sort this out the error

    Hi there

    This sounds like a potential server configuration issue.

    Are there any console errors in dev tools when this happens?

    At first glance I see your story is served with X-Frame-Options: DENY HTTP headers. That could be the cause. Can you try removing the header and see if this still happens?

    Hi Pascal,

    Dev Tool not showing any errors… Server not showing any decline 403 error.

    I have removed the X-Frame-Options: DENY?HTTP header. Lets put under observation.
