Getting rid of Bullet points

    Ninja Forms inherits the styling of your theme, the presentation layer of your website. If your theme properly styles HTML form elements, Ninja Forms will look great and fit seamlessly within your site. If your theme does not style these elements properly, you forms may look less than great.

    Can you temporarily disable your plugins, minus the Ninja Forms plugin and its add-ons, and set your theme to a WordPress default theme such as Twenty-Sixteen, to see if you are having the same issue?
