• Hi there

    I’ve made it so the slider only has one article, which is something we had to do because we wanted only one featured image. It works, however the slider effects are still present. Is there a way to get rid of those effects? My website is https://www.raptorscage.ca

    Thanks

  • If you don’t use slider as slider, you can better use theme’s blog version, and mark the only post you are interested of as featured post. Give a try.

    I’m not quite sure what you mean

    For the blog visualization, refer to https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/recent-post-not-showing-on-main-pages?replies=2
    For the featured post, it’s a default WP option in post editor, but you have to do it every time by hand if you want last post, and I must say that in blog visualization you don’t have colums with categories and 4 last posts.

    If you care about visualization like it is now, you can try

    #iview-preloader {display: none;}

    in theme Custom CSS area in admin.

    I’m interested in keeping this visualization because it looks great, I just would like to get rid of the slider effect. I tried posting that code in the custom CSS, unfortunately did not work.
