Getting Rid of the >> Before PAge Titles

Hi everyone. Anyone know how to get rid of the >> Before the page titles? Using 1.2.2, so if the answer is upgrade to 1.5, then I will indeed have to do so, but if anyone knows a way I would appreciate.
