Getting rid of update notice

    Hi, I recently updated WP and I keep getting this annoying notice and cannot remove it permanently from wp-admin by clicking “x”: If I reload the site, the notice pops up again ??

    A recent WordPress version update may have changed your high-performance keys. Use the Index WP MySQL For Speed plugin?to update your high-performance keys?if necessary.

    how to get rid of this notice?

    Click on the link in the notice. It will be dismissed.

    Now, as of 1.4.15, the update nag notice is dismissed if you use a wp-cli status, enable, or disable command, as well as if you visit the Tools page.

    Update notice spam is a curse of the plugin ecosystem. I wish there were a better way to handle this.
